CS-Cart CSS and Javascript Tweaks Expert needed

Hello - I need a expert in CS-Cart who can perform the following tweaks :- 1 ) Combine all Javascript into one and compress them so instead of making 60 request for all javascripts when request was made it will only load one file like [login to view URL] with compress version that will save page load time 2 ) Second thing I need is to combine all images which shows under Google Page Speed and GTMETRIX and to make them CSS Sprtie and join those images. I am looking for a expert in CS-Cart and some one who knows what he/she is doing - I will give you access to our DEV version of shopping cart to work on and when you are done you can send us the modification files needed to upload to our production server.
