Add features to Add-Art Firefox extension

Add 3 features to Add-Art. 1. Create a preferences interface similar to the sketch in the attached file. 2. Add the ability for users to subscribe to a different channel of art through the existing structure in the [login to view URL] file and an xml file on a server like this one: [login to view URL] Users will be able to choose from a list of presets or add an address manually (see sketch). Default is the Add-Art channel. I will add the presets later, but see examples in the sketch. I'd like to be able to edit the presets when an update to the plugin is released. 3. Preferences interface will include a check box where users can choose select "see more art and more text ads (read more)" and the "read more" link will direct them to [login to view URL] Notes: The sketch is modeled after the AdBlock Plus preferences pane.
