Adobe Flex/AIR Desktop SEM App

I am currently looking for bids to create an Adobe AIR desktop application in Adobe Flex code. The application would consist of a full graphical GUI interface, so only those capable of such need apply. Application details: The application would need to interface with the Google AdWords API, Yahoo Search WebServices, and the Microsoft AdCenter API. Accepted bid would have to have knowledge of all 3 API's. Developer information is abundant on the web. We will provide feedback and insight into how we want the interface to function, and how each services api is to be integrated in the overall scheme. Custom metrics, and familiarity with charts and graphs in Adobe AIR is a must. The ability to login for multiple profiles is a requirement (think agency logins for multiple accounts), so fields for each SEM provider would be linked to each profile. GUI: I would like the overall look and feel to be similar to that of the Adobe Air Analytics Reporting Suite, but it would be for All SEM as mentioned above. if you are not familiar with this application, please download it and view the interface. A strong graphics ability, and experience in Adobe AIR , Adobe Flex, and API's is a must. Please provide examples of previous work/ portfolios.
