Design and Develop HTML Templates with Documentation

I need high quality html templates designed, developed, with documentation written out for the user. The templates must be unique, and i will require all source files, PSD's, and code at the end of the project. you must not use anything that infringes copyright laws. The templates should make extensive use of jquery too. An example of the sort of thing im looking for is: [login to view URL] i need multiple homepage options, content layout options. and everything must be demonstrated in the html template files. If everything goes well there will be more work, and at a higher rate. The templates will be sold on an online market place, so they need to be top quality. You must write good, clean and valid html and css code, i will need to see several high quality examples of previous work, so please send to me in a pm.
