changes to sidebar

We need some simple changes made to the left sidebar on this page [login to view URL] I have attached sidebar [login to view URL] to show what the page looks like now with the current sidebar. the sidebar needs to be changed so it looks like new [login to view URL] i have also attached the new 15px x 15px [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] arrow images that need to be used. Changes that need to be made: 1. the "categories" text needs to be removed 2. the level 2 categories need to be automatically expanded (as shown in the new [login to view URL] image) 3. the arrows need to be changed from the current grey arrows to the attached new blue arrows [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 4. right arrows are used but when the category is clicked it changes to the down arrow (the same function as on the website now). 5. the font size of the second level subcategories needs to be increased by about 2pts so it is larger than the lowest level subcategory (e.g. under the macnaught category "greasing equipment" needs to be 2pt larger so it is larger than "manual" "powered" "hose reels" etc.) We use a content management system where we can edit the html in templates. the template name for this area is ProductDisplayDefault and i have attached the html code from the template in [login to view URL]
