I am looking for a site much like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but the project is for a non-profit company's ad promotion. As i am a website designer I do not need graphics... just the function components. Below is the workflow of the site... A visitor registers on the site as a member for free They submit & upload videos (in the formats similar to youtube) they submit all of the meta data and then browse and upload their video to a server that will then automatically transcode it to flv. then the transcoded video with an automatically generated thumbnail will appear on an editors web page for preview and once approved appears in a web page
