Build a Website

We need someone to build an online application that allows people to 3D model. It doesn't have to be too advanced. Looking for CHEAP and DEDICATED workers. We will pay $50 to get the project going, then we want to launch a revenue share agreement which we will negotiate. We already know there's guaranteed profits, and we have investors ready, so you should get paid within the next month or so after the application is finished. The $50 will be paid right away. Also, we want the software to look really good like something Google would design. It needs to be good! Programmed in Javascript / Perl, whatever works correctly and elegantly.
