Bukkit King Of The Hill Plugin

Hi I'm looking for someone to develop a king of the hill plugin for my server -The capture point must be a 5x5x5 area of my choosing -the center of the chosen hill must be white stained glass when not captured, blue when captured by the blue team and red when captured by the red team. -i must have a wand or command to set the red spawn, the blue spawn, spectators area and capture point -must take 15 seconds to capture the hill -We want a scoreboard on the side with the scores counting down from 180 -When it hits 0 the team wins (we don't want Rewards for winning) - after the teams wins everyone gets teleported to the spectators area -if blue team comes into the hill while red team has it captured the score timer will be frozen and vice versa -if red team has the hill captured and nobody is in the capture point while blue is in it, it should take blue 15 seconds to capture the point
