Change Joomla 3.1 website template

For a client we need the current Joomla 3.1 site template changed on 2 items: - The entire site is to "big" and should be resized into 75% of the current size. The body part should become about 802 px width. That is the green block in attached picture, also see how the site then must look like with more header background. - On small parts the site header doesn't show correct on an iPad (header has white parts) The temporarily website address is [login to view URL] Looking for a programmer that can do the job quickly.
