We have a joomla basic installation.

1 - We need to load a new template (you should search for a free one or configure a new one) but it should look like the site we are referring.

2 - We need to add joomla VirtueMart add on (shopping card) and define 9 products in 3 categories (with icons)and present them like the site we are referring to.

3 - Copy 3 pages look and fill + content.
