Cell Number Leads

We are looking for cell phone numbers (ANI) to dial on our Freecampaign. All we need is the phone number (ANI)…. Nothing else and we can pay you $.001 per net dialable cell phone ANI lead that passes all required scrubs. We are looking for “inbound call logs” more-so than “leads” in the traditional sense. Any company that has access to large quantities of inbound calls (ie…. Misdial, customer service, etc….) would be a potential client. lead’s per the following criteria: US and Canada (English speaking) Cell/Mobile ANI’s Consumers with CC with the potential to hold $598 (understanding this is not an absolute) Consumers between the ages of 21 and 65 (understanding this is not an absolute) Scrubbed against Federal DNC scrub (we can perform this scrub on behalf of company if needed) Scrubbed against our master suppression (we can perform this scrub on behalf of company or provide a link to our suppression) OMIT States: Alaska, Hawaii, Indiana, North Dakota, Vermont, Wisconsin Florida (omit zip codes that start with 323, 330, 331, 332, 333, 334, and 339) or area codes 305, 321, 561, 786, 772, 754, 863, 954; Pennsylvania (omit area code 717); Canada (omit Quebec Province and any non English speaking consumers ) No more than 70-80% West coast (MST/PST).
