Create database of 1,634 companies' email addresses

Project Goal: ---------------- Compile database of 1,634 company listings and personal contact info by 02 Feb (Tue), 5.00pm, Singapore time, including - Company Name - Name - Job Title - Email Payment: ---------- Payment of $10 USD per milestone, total of $20 USD by end of the project. Milestones: ------------- 1. 800 email addresses - 01 Feb (Mon), 10.00pm, Singapore time 2. 1,634 email addresses - 02 Feb (Tue), 5.00pm, Singapore time Process: ---------- 1. Find email addresses for each company in the spreadsheet linked below. 2. Aim for at least 1 personal email address per company. No generic emails such as info@etc or help@etc. 3. Aim for the Managing Director or requivalent for each company. 4. Compile data into the spreadsheet. 5. Message me at each of the deadlines listed above, so I can check your work & pay you. Steps: -------- (1) Compile information from the following site into a Google spreadsheet (we will send you the spreadsheet link later): 1. Singapore (524 companies): [login to view URL] 2. Malaysia (238 companies): [login to view URL] (2) Find individual contact emails for every company and add to the spreadsheet. a. Install Rapportive for Gmail - [login to view URL] b. Click on each company listed on the site c. Find the Managing Director or equivalent for Singapore d. Compose new email, enter their firstname@companyname in the 'To' address field, and press the Tab key e. Their email and profile should be listed on the right panel, copy their email into the spreadsheet f. If email can't be found, try combinations of their first and last name, or try another member g. If email still can't be found, Google for the company name and the Contact's name. We must get a specific individual's email to contact.
