Hi, Basically, I am outsourcing some coding from UK to Pakistan, and I would like an expert in UK and international law to check over the contract and NDA agreement. These have already been created (not signed yet), and just need to be checked over. It is a quick job, I estimate that it should only take 1-2 hours MAX. In total there is 3 documents: A NDA agreement (800 words). A Project agreement (4000 words). A statement of work (800 words). It is all well written, but was originally based around US law. This might mean some slight ammendments to the wording is required, but it should be an easy job. Paul

Dear Employer, It is clear for me that I can provide you with a decent analysis of the NDA. As to the other documents (especially as to the Project agreement) it is necessary to see them first to decide how difficult they are, what obligatory provisions they must contain, and what work should be done on them. Often clients say they need an easy doc but it appears then that everything is more complicated than it seems. In spite of your assertion that they are easy ones I have a number of questions to ask you about them. Thus I propose you to send me the docs so that I could give you a free consultation first.
