hello, i am looking for a freelancer who have expertise in asterisk billing system. and who can make a small asterisk billing system. Please note i don't want to use any opensource billing system like a2billing etc. i need custom billing system build from scratch. This will be a very small billing system. Here is what i am looking for for example we have 2 SIP extensions in asterisk extension A and extension B. Both of them have 5$ billing database. when ever they will dial any landline or mobile number asterisk system will charge them for 60/60 sec billing. if they have 0 balance asterisk will not allow them to make any external call to landline or mobile.
