Assistance With Total Server Backup

I have a server at The Planet, which has been shutting down all night. Tech Support has advised: It is likely that the OS will need to be reloaded as the server is continuously entering kernel panics. As such, the Live CD will allow you to pull the data off the drives before the OS reload is performed.
