compile a library in linux

hi i am not a linux user and just want to use this library in python but have problems compiling it. Since I am a novice I assume it is a very simple task for a knowledgeable linux dev. i need this library installed: [login to view URL] I have managed to install all libraries myself except two which show some errors which I dont know how to resolve.
