Custom Shipping/Sales Tax Magento Module

This project is to create a custom magento module to handle shipping and sales tax calculations for multiple locations. It is not nearly as complicated as some modules out there. This module will sit in the admin section for magento. It will have the capacity to: -add multiple locations which will consist of a name, address and tax rate and a location id -each product will be able to select one of the custom locations, if not specified it should use the default -when an order is execute, and a custom location is attached to an item, shipping should be calculated per item from each of its locations and totalled up -sales tax should be calculated based upon location, if an item is shipping from the same state as is being delivered to, the tax rate should be applied -the product screen in admin should allow for selecting a location -an import profile should be created to allow for importing the product attributes as well as for specifying the location This isn't too complicated, you just need to keep track of locations and process sales tax and shipping during the checkout process.
