Auto Mechanic Start-up Consultant

I want to start-up an auto mechanic workshop. I dont have the technical knowledge but I have the managerial ability to handle the day to day running and ensure growth. What I need is someone with experience who can give me all the advice I require to start this include and is not limited to - 1. A list of all equipment I require to start classified by level of importance, and further classified into categories showing what I must start with, what I require to add more capacity (mid capacity), what I require to become a full complete workshop. 2. The costs involved 3. Where I can buy the required start-up equipment. I will appreciate very detailed information. It will be nice if you have done a similar thing for someone before.
