I started a web based Voice and SMS Broadcast company about one year and a half ago. At that time, I did some research and started making a business plan but I had no time and competence to finished it.

Now that I’m seeking development of my company I really miss that business plan that is still unfinished. Because of that, I often feel unsafe to plan the future of my company, I have difficulty delegating tasks and need practical solutions that can be applied immediately in my business.

I see myself as an entrepreneur with a good business ideas but I have to admit that I have difficulties in managing day to day business, so I realized I need some business management expert advice.
