Autonomous Quadcopter

I have already implemented basic control system for a quadcopter using an MPU 6050, which also uses i2c. I will be able to re-use most of my code, which is currently set up for remote control via an Android phone, bluetooth reciever, and Arduino microcontroller. I will need additional information on how you want to control it, since obviously bluetooth will not work for a 50 meter x 50 meter range. An additional fee for autonomous or waypoint navigation will apply. I am very comfortable with Matlab programming, using it for most of my coursework in college.
