Dear sir, the design description is incomplete, as you don't say wether the GSM connection can be achieved via a pre-certified module ( in such a case it is well constrained ) or if you expect that it is obtained by means of a custom GSM designed unit: in such a case it is surely inadequate, in terms of both design time and costs.
