My main core skill is database design, regardless of actual implementation. I give a preference to Access though, for its handiness, great flexibility and low cost of development and maintenance. Hi, I am Nallakumar. I have more than 9 years of experience in MS Access based applications. I would suggest to make all the databases (tables alone) into a master database with all the links and new changes to make it a more optimized database and place it in a shared network drive. And make all the current database as individual application linked to this master database and make changes to those application according to the new database structure. In this way the users will not get disturbed and use the individual application as it is and the data will be in the master database itself. I am happy to do the development in whatever way you want.
