Attendance Software

I need an application that will allow the recording and reporting of leave (annual leave, sick leave, etc) for staff. It should support multiple concurrent users. Integration with Windows Active Directory is preferred for user management. Basic data needed are name, department, date(s), leave duration, leave type. Two user levels required where users can only do data entry on one form while administrators can do the data entry as well as run the report. Admins should also be able to manage the lookup fields by either import or manual data entry. All activity that modifies data needs to be recorded for audit purposes. A grid report is required that shows the information with in a date range and subtotals, all grouped by filter criteria. See attachment for more details.
