Android App for Facebook Pokes

We need an application for Android where users can login with their Facebook email address and password and then poke (back) other users. The look and feel should be similar to poking in the actual Facebook app, however, our application cannot make use of features of that app or the Facebook API (for the simple reason that the API doesn't allow poking).
Users shall be notified about incoming pokes.
