Android Time & Billing App -- 3

I am looking to have an Android app built that will act as a time and billing record.

I need to be able to "punch in" upon starting at a client premises, and "punch out" when leaving. This app does what I need in this regard:

I need to replicate the features of the referenced app, however, I need to add more functionality.

1. I need to be able to input a description of the work performed - ie. "Consulting with Fred at xzy appliances. Need to return to complete design work"

2. I need the app to be able to sync with my exchange email account. This sync needs to be 2 way so the app can see if the calendar entry is updated later on. Also, if I were to modify the entry later, I would need this modification to be updated to exchange.

3. I need a footer added to each and every entry. This should be a global setting for the app that can be changed at any time.

4. I need a tickbox labeled "Invoiced" next to each entry. Once this is selected, the entry appearance needs to fade away to show that it is complete.

5. I need to be given the source code and all documentation upon completion of the project.
