Android Video wall application

We have a need to build a video wall that consists of android devices. Each device would play a piece of the video so when all the devices are on it will recreate the video in a mosaic/wall. Video wall will be composed Tablets with HD resolution, The range of devices can be 4-100 This application would allow for 720 & 1080 video and images content playback, and MUST remain in sync over wifi with all the other devices so the video looks perfect. The application would have a settings menu that allows for assigning the placement of each device in the wall (vertical pos: 1, horizontal pos: 3) Video playback across all the devices in the wall must remain in sync, they can link to a pc that is local if needed which can host the video and any backend program to run the video wall. The content would be able to update so a new video would play after the current video ends, or loop a video. This would also be true for static images.
