This project is open _only_ for expert Android UI developers with deep experience in creation of "on screen" app widgets! I would like to create a static & expandable app widget that looks like a small tab (png to be provided). - By static i mean that it will retain its original position upon user scrolling the homescreen. - By expandable i mean that that the user can expand it in the same manner and using the same "swipe" gesture used to expand the status bar. $30 bonus will be given upon completion of task - to my complete satisfaction - in <= 4 days.
