Build Android app

We need an Android app, which will have IM built in, with the chat history stored in a form to allow retrieval and analysis on the back-end. The app will have two variants: 1.) User - IM interface is locked to one Administrator, there is another screen which will display certain graphs which will show status for a day, as well as be able to display history of the current month 2.) Administrator - IM interface would have all the users mapped to the administrator The administrator would be able to enter data for the users mapped to him/her. The Administrator would have a list of users mapped to him/her, and can either go to the IM or the data entry view for that user. The data entered by the Administrator is what gets displayed on the user's graphs Data entry can also be done by a super-administrator from a desktop interface, by checking the history of the chats between the Administrator and users The IM should allow text as well as multimedia (photos, videos, audio) messages to be shared (as similar to Whatsapp as possible). The UI will need to meet modern design principles, with a clean and elegant interface. We need the app to be ready for testing by 31st December, and go for beta launch by January 9th. We would track the progress very closely with daily conversations to address issues and ensure a high-quality and on-time delivery.
