android app that show mysite online and offline and updates

I need an app that show my website offline (and online) with its updates and all its content no option to show other websites!!!!!!! no rss feed!!!! we need whole site to show, including working internal links and images!!!!!! of course it will update when we have internet connection, and when we dont have internet connection it will show previous version of our website we will update website through cpanel or joomla the updating of the website wont be part of the app website has only regular html and basic style span css, no javascritpt has about 40 html files and about 80 images it is for android tablet it has to have my own my logo and colors there are some apps that do this but in this case I need my own colors and logo and it has to show the span style css content
