We are looking to create an application to scan a cars bar code and pulls data about the specific car from the vin number .the vinnumber scanned will also be converted into a keycode in which can be used to make a working key for the [login to view URL] application exists in seperate parts already and we will provide all the data needed to preform the functions. as well as the car data we want to be able to sell the key codes through the app. so basiclly someone will call us and buy a block of say 10 uses the app will need to calculate these uses and then disable some of the functions until the customer buys more codes/credits but the other functions will need to continue to work and we will need to be able to enable the app or disable the [login to view URL] also will need to be a log of the transaction history that we can review to settel disputes
