A minimalistic NATIVE android application according to example

What I need is a very small application that reacts to taps on 2 large screen sections with a sound. I already have a hybrid (flash) application like that, that you can download from: [login to view URL] But the sound is played a fraction of a second after touch - especially if the device itself is slow or if the user touches many times quickly. So now I want to create the same application using NATIVE code, to see if the response times are better. If you think that you can do an application like that using native code, that will cause the sound to play faster after the touch than the example application, please write back in your reply "sure, and I will forfeit X% if not" where in X you will write how much of the project price you are willing to discount if your application is not better (quicker) than mine. If the test application works well, we are likely to continue with this project for the next stage - which of course be more profitable to you. Mini-Spec: 1. Divide the screen to 3 colored areas, (like the example application does) and lock the rotation to prevent it. Let's name the top area "1", the second one "2" and the lower one "3". 2. Touching area 1, plays a high beep sound (will be provided by me), and stops mic recording (if was active). 3. touching area 2 does nothing. 4. touching area 3. plays a low beep (will be provided by me), and starts the mic. 5. when the mic is open, talking above a certain level (settings) - shuts the mic and causes the screen to flash in red. 6. if the mic is closed for more than x seconds (settings) - the screen flashes in orange (note: the example application flashes in red in this case. 7. touching the edge of the screen (gray in the example app) - opens a settings menu where the above settings can be set, as well as the mic gain. At the end of your work, I will need all the source files, as well as the compiled apk. You are not requested to deploy the apk to the store, or anything of this sort. That's it for now.
