Job Requirements: • Mobile Apps Experience (Apple iOS, Android OS, Hybrid Application Development) • Prior experience in a similar role is required • Experience using C#, MS-SQL Server and XML • experience using Objective-C and Java • iPhone and Android work involves Location Based Services, GPS positioning, Geo Tracking, Locating Friends, Social Media, Messaging, HTTP / REST Web Service Interfaces and Bluetooth connectivity. HTML 5 • Front End Development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScrip, Jqury,etc) The ideal candidate: • Should be proactive and have progressively demonstrated increases in roles and responsibilities: • Has worked in high pressure, high growth and high transaction throughput/volume environment • Has a strong desire and aptitude to understand our businesses and assist in developing new products and capabilities • Should be able to work independently • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical staff • Demonstrates a high standard for excellence • Is a proactive learner who utilizes new technologies and who can propose ideas and improvements to products and processes • Should be detail-oriented • Works well as part of a team • Is able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities • Effectively estimate work accurately and produce deliverables on-time • Must have strong C#/Objective C and Java skills • MonoTouch experience is highly desired Note: This means you need the ability to think through the end result of the code before you start to code with the end goal in mind. You need to have aptitude and knowledge of the language and its pitfalls. The candidate must be able to work with high level specs versus hand holding.
