Android & iPhone for my tutorial videos

Hello dear developers, i need your help with developing an app which will be supported on all iOS devices (iPhone & Tablets) android devices (Phones & Tablets). The app is for my tutorial videos. There will be actually only 2 views: List of my videos (Video tree: Categories & physical videos), and the video itself playing on full screen. I will need to have a control panel where i could add new videos to my users and to make some directories of the videos as "Premium" content and to charge extra for them and/or to charge a monthly subscription fee. This is a very basic application which consists only of lists and embedded videos, no need for an "Extra-ordinary" developer skills, So the project will be rewarded to the most reliable, honest and fair developer with the lowest price.
