I need to develop an iphone and indroid app. It´s very simple app. I just need 4 or 5 tabs with text and images. I need to be able to send notification to my users, and it will need to have a cpanel to manage all the content and notifications. I want a APP like this web app: [login to view URL] , but maybe the menu on the left side, like facebook app. Please only bid the persons who will be able to do it.
