App for iphone and Ipad

I am looking for a highly experienced team or person that knows how to build incredible apps on iphones, ipads. Then android later down the road. Understand that this app will require a high level of experience with the new technology of the apps. The features are explained below. READ CAREFULLY! Only post if you have the ability and reasonable prices. 1. App will go through a list of simple but great looking screen shots to walk them through how to use the app. 2. User will then create their account (name, email). 3. It will use Gps location features on the mobile devices to pin point their location. 4. User will be able to create a new area or search areas submitted by other users. 5. They decide to create a new area they will pin point the location, they will need a picture of the area, they will need to draw on it, when they need to give their drawing a definition and then they submit it so others can view it. 6. Other users will be able to view the picture..... they will be able to draw on the picture also. 7. Every user will get to vote on every location, picture and drawing (thumbs up or down) 8. Very Important... Location with the highest positive votes is the first one all users see. 9. Very Important... the picture on the location with the highest positive votes is the first one all users see. 10. Very Important... the drawing on the pictures with the highest positive votes is the first one that viewers see (note: there can be multiple drawings on one picture and each one is voted individually) 11. The drawing will have a rating from 1-10. and each user can rate the drawing. [login to view URL] app will find the average rating and show that on the description and at the bottom of the drawing. 13. As stated before... Every Location, picture and drawing will need a name and description before submitted. 14. Every user can add a comment to the description of any location, picture OR drawings on the picture. 15. If you clicked on the description OR comment it would take you to the account of that user. 16. Every user can check a box on the drawing. When they check the box it to add that specific drawing to their account. 17. As stated before... each drawing will have a rating so once the drawing is added to their account the app will give them the average ratings of all the drawing they have added to their account. 18. You will be able to add a user to your account (like a friend). 19. You will be able to send messages to a friend. 20. You will be able to make a post on your page so your friends can see it. 21. That post will be shown on a page of the users friends so they can all see it. 22. Some of the posts and content will give users the option to put it up on facebook If you are capable of creating something above or can create some of it then have the word I CAN in your subject line and then explain. Also, please note if the UI is included. If you have a great team that can make smooth looking images and icons that is great. if not then I need to know so I can get some one to work on the UI with you. After I see a reasonable price and credentials we will need to skype to confirm details. I will have images of each page and then we can decide if this is really a good fit for you. please read carefully, I have had a few apps made now and I really enjoy working with fun, enthusiastic developers that love their work and can be thinking adding in their thoughts and ideas while they work on the app.
