Apple Push Notification iPhone App

Hello guys, I would like to develop an iPhone application and i'm already a developer and i will do everything myself. The only one thing I need to outsource it here in freelancer is the APNS service (Push Notification). My iPhone application is about making a soccer tournament scores tracker. The application will send push notifications to each user based on the favorite type for each user. They can check up to 6 types of push notifications like the following: Game start, Half-time, Game end, Yellow Card, Red Card, and Goals scored. These notifications should be matched to the favorite team of the user. The part you are going to develop is the push notification part only with the server files like php or asp.net.
