Basic/Generic IPHONE app to log widgets 4 screens

Widget Application Screen Definition Application is a Generic Basic App Using QR Scan Code Reading and SQL Lite DB. Platform: IOS 5 Cell Phone # Screens: 4 You can Use ZBarSDK for Scanning ability. All data is only on local device in SQL Lite db Do Not BID on this is you have never made an Iphone App before - I do not want a learn as you go person. I want someone that has done more then 5 applications on IPhone, and can turn this basic app out in less then a week. _**Initial Loading/Startup Screen**_ Display Graphic/Image Logo (Check if Profile exist, show Profile Add/Edit Screen) A) Create Widget Entry B) Browse Widget History C) Edit Profile/Settings _Pr**ofile Add/Edit Screen (2 Fields)**_ Name: Email: _**Create New Entry (3 Fields, 2 Button)**_ Drop Down and or EDIT Field: WIDGET_NAME (or) Button: QR BarCode Scan - Once Scanned, it will put TEXT name from returned Code in WIDGET_NAME field Field: INT_FIELD1 Field: INT_FIELD2 Button: Save or Cancel Button: "Done with Todays Widgets, Email Todays Widgets" (THIS IS OPTIONAL) This will email all of todays widgets and their two INT fields - in HTML format (using a table) (Do a Query with WIDGET_NAME show the last entry for that widget in a box at bottom of screen with "LAST WIDGET" with INT_FIELD1 and INT_FIELD2) _**Browse History**_ Display Calendar - if a date has data make that calendar square GREEN. When selecting Day, it will show grid with: DATE | WIDGET_NAME | INT_FEILD1 | INT_FEILD2 Button to Email that days WIDGETS you are viewing in HTML format
