Create iOS iPhone shell application

I need someone to create a very basic app, someone who enjoys creating applications and someone who is not desperate for big money asap, this project will take time to complete after the shell has been provided but after that you will start to see progress. The very first stage is attached. That is what we need the app to look like, only the parts that have a red box around. Once this is done and you are paid we will post another job and things will start to get interesting. Currently you will only create a blank app with the 5 tabs, PLEASE SEE ATTATCHMENT, then we will move ahead.
