Write an iPhone application

Hello, I am looking for a company to help me make facial recognition technology for photos. The premise of the app to be written is that a person can take a picture of a group of people and the facial recognition technology on the app scans the faces of the picture and automatically sends the pictures to each person in the picture. The people would have to have already downloaded the app and have done a few preliminary pictures as a baseline for the facial recognition scan.
