Crear una aplicación para Android

hello there, i'm doing a small ,east project for my univ. project.i'm doing an application for cloth ( something like this : [login to view URL]) for your information, my friend already did the data base part with jason format where the user can take the photo and save it in data base. but, the difficult part of this project as i'm new in developing application (never did this thing before), we need to do a recommnedation system based on collaborative filtering. the recommender system is based on people around the user, let say the user share the photo of his/her cloth, people will like and dislike the photo. based on this, system will recommned to the user which cloth is the best. i just need a simple, easy code as this project is a small project. thank you in advance
