An IOS APP

We would like to make an APP that kind works like the ebay's BEST OFFER, meaning users can give an offer and we can decide to accept offer/decline offer/or cancel\r\n\r\nFeatures: \r\n- Limited time\r\n-3 offers per user per item in limited time (3 more offers after being relisted)\r\n- Payment integration must have: Alipay and Paypal \r\n- Contain a Forum for users to chat and could upload pictures in that section \r\n- Not multi-platform, only we control the pictures and/or videos\r\nQuestion: For making an APP like this where do we upload product pictures daily, because only we can control the pictures and videos etc. \r\n-ISO a must , and/or with Android\r\n\r\nInitial assignment involves making a simple app with a contract payment - upon performing well - we will welcome the developer onboard as part of team with a decent salary. \r\nContact along with your resume and interest and we will share all relevant details.\r\n\r\nThank you.
