Publish sample phonegap app for IOS with onesignal push notification

1) Create new phonegap project which should support onesignal push notification.
2) Write a backend code in node.js (preffered, php or Java is also fine) to send pushnotification to mobile app.
2) create required certificates in IOS and publish the debugging app and install it in our test mobile
4) The app should receive push notifications through backend api.(We will help you on this part if required)
Note: We have published our app earlier with onesignal id which worked perfect in every way, but with our new mac mini after creating certificates and publishing our app, the app is unable to receive notifications anymore.
We did all our debugging but unable to fix it, So if you worked recently with oncesignal and IOS app with phone gap, then only apply.
We will review your onesignal code before awarding project through teamviewer or skype call.
