The concept merges a love for nature, adventure, privacy and meditation. It is designed to share ‘Serene’ locations of natural beauty, which would otherwise be unknown, where a user may wish to relax, unwind or explore. To explain further, ‘Serene’ locations would include panoramic landscapes, silent forests, hidden creeks, forgotten landmarks or star gazing spots.
The app would provide a service in which users may interact with each location, which would have been posted by other users on the app. Posting a location would require a short bio, at least one relevant photo and of course the location, which would be resembled as a marker on the map. Users would be able to find nearby locations, obtain directions and rate them once visited.
The app must also have the ability to interact with social media platforms, whilst screening any unwanted, abusive or illegal posts. This would most likely require a user account system to monitor such activity and increase administrative control. Initially the app would attempt to remain simple, however, there would be scope to incorporate new features once built.
A freelancer competent in User Accounts, Google Maps, iOS/Android Mobile Development and JSON is required, who should also have an interest in the concept above.
The planning stages, design/artwork and marketing strategies are already approved and can be provided at any time upon request. A close working relationship between all parties throughout the build process is vital.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if further information is required.
There will be no awarding of this project prior to preliminary discussions via Live Chat. The reason for this being that a complete understanding of the concept, the intention and the vision of the app is required before instruction. Thank you.
