Create a song

Hello! I have a few song ideas and I am looking for a music producer or sound engineer to improve and combine my voice recordings with instrumentals to make a full song. Since I don’t have a chord progression in mind yet, we can co-work to create a melody and I can write the lyrics.
The artists that I want to take inspiration from are: Halsey (songs: Gasoline, Colors and Hurricane) Troye Sivan (song: Youth), Tove Lo (songs: Moments, Habits).
I also plan on posting the song on iTunes, but I can give you credit for the production of it (all the profit that could come with song goes to me though). My budget can vary from 30 to 50 dollars, depending on your experience, expertise and the final product.
