add licensing info into db for already completed project

This project is a continuation of this older project: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Ruby-on-Rails/rails-function-check-license-against.html Requirements: - Add licensing info into DB right after it was inputted by user - When checking license, retrieve values from DB and check them against licensing server -- if licensing values are correct, allow user to continue logging in to the app -- if licensing values are incorrect, pop up the screen which requires licensing details - Check license info against remote server at every login - Allow changing licensing info from link you'll display in Tools menu (which will basically just pop up the screen which requires licensing details, which in this case will just have pre-filled the licensing info user has submitted previously)
