C# utility class for weather data conversions

I have a series of algorithms written in Excel that convert raw weather-related variables to other more refined variables. I need these translated into a C# class file. I will define the method signatures for you and provide the Excel algorithms.
There are 6 total variables and each will need to be able to produce the result in english or metric scale.
Here is an example:
method signature: int calculateSnowfall(int mPrecipication, int temperatureKelvin, double relativeHumidityPct, int mSnowMask, boolean units);
returns: value in specified units (0 - english, 1 - metric)
