I have already developed system architecture with the use of “ASP.NET, C# Programming, Microsoft SQL Server, MVC,Bootstrap” component, using that architecture I think your requirement must satisfied. Also I developed with following functionality such as user login, user and admin’s signup’s, home page with dashboard, forget password , directly can combined to email server to emails exchange when doing the above operations. Also all the pages are responsive and it make more mobile friendly fro users. This architecture is currently used by many and by use of this architecture you can do lot of things.
