Custom Joomla Component

I would like a custom Joomla 1.5 component that groups SobiPro items into collections. I can provide a test server with SobiPro loaded and populated with items. Before bidding, please read the entire spec document carefully: [login to view URL] There are 3 main functions -- New Collection, View Collection and Edit Collection. We are somewhat flexible in design and implementation but would like to include AJAX/JQUERY elements like drag and drop and dynamically loaded tabs.
