ASP/Flash Website Designer

I'm looking for an ASP developer to design a community focused webhosting site for my business. The site will designed from scratch. I will a community forum with online chat. I'm partial to the free ASP forum provided by "WebWiz" if that helps with ideas. I'm looking for a "Dark Techy" theme for the site. I will also need a company logo designed. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. I would like detailed comments inserted within the code describing each routine. I also would like a coder whom I may build a strong repetoire with for future endevors. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Dedicated Windows 2000 Server running ASP.NET. This site will need to be compatable with all Browsers. ## Deadline information There's no real rush on the site, I'd rather spend time perfecting it before releasing a rushed copy.
