ASP GuestBook

The Guestbook should be easily customized on-line through a password protected administration area where you to turn on or off e-mail notification, set the color, font, font size, etc. of the Guestbook to suite your web site, and administer the Guestbook. The Guestbook should have many advanced features, that allow your web site visitors to add animated emoticons to their comments and also text formatting to allow bold, italic and underlined text. As well as the visitor’s name, comments and location the user can also add there e-mail and web site addresses to their comments if they wish. Any inappropriate comments entered by visitors to your site can be easily amended or deleted through a password protected administration area. The Guestbook should allow many of the common features of Guestbooks On-line setup and configuration Animated Emoticon/Similes images User formatting of comments (bold, underline, italic) E-mail notification with a copy of the comments posted forwarded to the webmaster Set on-line the number of characters allowed in the comments (150 to 10,000) Amend or delete inappropriate comments Configurable Bad word filter Password protected administration and configuration area Change colors, fonts, etc. on-line to suit your site Support for Microsoft's CDONTS, w3 JMail, and Persists AspEmail components Guestbook script should run on IIS 5 on Windows 2000, and IIS 5.1 Windows XP, but should work on any other web server supporting ASP 2 or above. The Guestbook should support Microsoft Access 97/2000/2002 and Microsoft SQL Server 7.0/2000. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
